2013 workbooks don't work in 2016, WHY?

Hello,

I'm starting to sweat over something I just discovered. An Excel workbook with a Form as the first worksheet and the values transferred to the second worksheet that I created in Excel 2013 no longer transfers the values from the first worksheet to the second worksheet.

What is going on!

Is there a way I can force this work correctly? Or, is there a way to transform the 2013 workbook to a 2016 workbook?

Thanks,

George Teachman

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Have you tried saving the 2013 workbook as a 2016 xlsm workbook ??
What code are you using in the 2013 ?

Michael,

There doesn't seem to be an option to save a workbook to a 2016 version.

There really isn't any VBA involved here. The first worksheet is named Front the second worksheet is named DES. The cells in DES have the following generalized formula. =IF(Front!K6="","",Front!K6). Nothing fancy. I have noticed if I go to another cell and use the same formula, it works. If I copy that cell to the original position in the DES worksheet the formula now works. This is driving me nuts. Since there are hundreds of these kinds of cells I really don't want to type the formula in some non-used cell and back again.

Thanks,

What I meant was did you open the file in 2016, then save it !!
CXan you Upload your file to a sharing site, Dropbox for instance, and then post the link back here ??
