2 vlookup a good excel power

In 1 workbook I am doing vlookup as =VLOOKUP(B8,DOLLAR!$A$10:$AB$202,28,0 if ws named EURO in cell F8.
There is 1 more ws named POUND. In that E9:E201 either has "" (null thr' formula) or value.
Answer:
In F8 of EURO, I want the formula to give me answer provided the corresponding vlookup in POUND ws has value else answer="" (null).
