Hello,

I've created a file which when re-opened seems to open twice and adds a "1" or "2" at the end of the file name.

I have five data connections in my workbook, I did have hyperlinks but have since removed. Does anyone know why this is happening and why?

I have researched online and some people say it is the file type and I have tried saving as xls and macro-enabled but that hasn't worked.

Thanks in advance

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
It means you have multiple windows open on the same file. Close all but one of them and then save the file - the format is irrelevant.
