Hi all,

This may be more of a PowerPoint issue than an Excel issue but I'm at my wits end and I can't find anything on Google or Youtube that covers my particular issue.

Long and Short is I have created a new Reporting Deck in PowerPoint and all the graphs are linked to various data ranges in Excel which update on a weekly basis.

All was fine yesterday but I've come to update this morning and all the graphs are now emtpy and when I check the links they all magically have a [1] at the beggining of them?

I can remove the [1] and the graph fuctions as intended but there are quite a few and it;s very time consuming.

My question I suppose is two fold;

1. any idea why this has happened?
2. is there a way to mass edit the links rather than having to open up the "Select Data" option on every graph? (ideally a way where i could just find and replace [1] with "")

Cheers!

Dave
