0's in text boxes on open

When I open my form there are 0's in the text boxes. How do I set it so the boxes are blank? :confused:
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
