I am trying to convert a table in the following way. Is there a way to realise this using a make table query?

Just started a new job and have 500+ contacts that I have in excel format. I have renamed all of the columns and was ready to import when I hit a brick wall. Unfortunately there is no option in the drop down to save the file as Lotus123 (WK4). Any options would be appreciated. Change settings...
