too many columns

    Select Row, Turn on Autofilter, Filters on Too Many Columns

    Normally when I select a row (typically column headings) and then turn on Auto Filter, only the columns with data show the Filter drop down symbol. However, when working on pre-existing worksheets, the filter symbols appear way out to the right...like columns DZ, CA, etc. even there is no data...
