    Return True/False if all cells in column are the same.

    I am trying to find a way to use a formula to compare text in a column labeled UOM (Unit of Measure) to see if all cells are the same. I have a list of purchases and the UOM should be the same but occcasionally they are different. e.g. purchase based on "EA" (eaches) instead of "/M"...
