    MODEIFS and Text Mode

    Hello, I am trying to accomplish a simple goal, depending on some conditions calculate the mode of some text entries. The problems are multiple. For one, I can't seem to get a MODEIFS function or Mode combined with a bunch of if/and/or statements to work correctly whilst searching for the mode...
