    Mismatch Error VBA Excel

    Hello, I have the below code that have the purpose to update information in an already exiting database based on the TARA # in ComboBox1. This TARA # is the first column (A) in my workbook "TARADatabase). When I run the code, it gives me error 13 mismatch in the line i made bold in the code...

    If names in 2 cells match names in 2 other cells return valve in another cell

    Cell B2 contains Ball Cell C2 contains Tara need to compare to Cell N2 contains Ball Cell O2 contains Tara If both names match return value in column 3 (D:D) Tried this but only seems to compare 1 name. If two people share 1st or last nae the formula doesn't work. =VLOOKUP(O3&N3,B:I,3,D:D)...
