    update/refresh sheet automatically

    I hav a sheet, where i m calculating other sheets value, when i open my this sheet. i didnt see the update result, untill i double click on the formula , then update result comes. Can anybody please guide me, when i open my this file, all data/records automatically updates/refresh.
