I have the following formula:
=COUNTIFS(Tracking!U:U,"R",Tracking!A:A,A5,Tracking!AA:AA,"<>Invoiced")
I need to add in the criteria to only count if the date in column Tracking!S:S has passed.

Does anyone know of a way to take a list of names of couples with the same last name that are on two adjacent rows in an Excel file and turn it into a single line.
Ie John Smith
Sharon Smith
to Smiths, John and Sharon
