    Check Out SharePoint Spreadsheets

    I can load spreadsheets that are stored on SharePoint sites from VBA code within Excel. But now, all of a sudden, there is a yellow "Check Out" button that also says, "To modify this server workbook, you must check it out." Does anyone know how to get download the file "checked out"? Thanks.
