    Formula needs correction

    Hi - I've been trying for a simple formula =IF(OR(H4>9.01),”1Point”,IF(OR(H4>3,H4<6),"2Point",IF(OR(H4>6.01,H4<9),"3Point"))) to check if values of a cell >3<6 name it as 2point, if values >6<9 name it as 3point, and if values>9 name it 1point, need suggestions to correct it...
