    SQL for Oracle RDB - SELECT TOP 1000 ROWS??

    Hello, I am trying to import an Oracle RDB Recordset to Excel via Microsoft VBA. I currently have a working SQL string but would like to return just the top 1000 rows. Normally I would use "SELECT TOP 1000" for an SQL Server. I understand that this will not work for Oracle, so I tried Oracles...
