    Copy and transfer ribbon settings

    How do you transfer ribbon settings from one machine to another? I've got my machine at work just the way I want it. I'd like to set up my home PC the same way. Seems like it should be a very simple process but 'Help' isn't any help. (Gee, that's surprising!) Thanks
