I'm looking for suggestions on how I would go about modernizing this.
In short, I have a table that lists employees and splits their allocations across multiple programs.
It is in its own workbook, and I currently link several workbooks to it.

I have about 100 programs that I am testing. I have aspread sheet to track the results. I am trying to execute the programs fromExcel using hyperlinks but that has problems. Would it be possible to do thiswith a VBA?
Maybe use a case switch for the programs?.

I need to create a few dependent drop down lists driven from the results based on Customers.
Example:
Customers: Honda, Ford, GM, Vovlo, etc...
Honda Plants: HCM, HMIN, KTH,KSM, MAP
Honda Programs: Accord, Civic, CRV
Ford Plants: Monroe, Dearborn, LAP, KCAP
