    How can I get workbook created when I have nowhere near the expertise required?

    Is there anyone that can help make a excel document to figure out points for speed events based off criteria that could be given, or is it incumbent against me to try to figure out and then ask questions? However, I just don't have the expertise to figure out the manipulation of possible...
