    numbers to currency without rounding

    So cell B-2 is an amount in currency. Cell B-3 is 3% of that amount. When that calculation is completed, the result may be carried three or four decimal places. When the result of that calculation shows up in B-3, it rounds up to the nearest penny. How do I stop that from occurring ?
