Conditional formatting - highlighting min amount

Noob Question: Stop =MIN formula from returning 0's when referenced cells are blank.
Hi everyone! I have what I am assuming is a noob question. I have several =MIN formulas I want to stop from returning 0's when the reference cells are blank. How to return text from a =MIN function
Hi guys.. Not sure this is possible from the way I've laid this out.
