    creating a summary list depending on scores

    Hi, am hoping someone can point me in the right direction... I have created an excel based audit tool for hospitals. It takes scores from staff and managers in response to around 30 questions. These are combined and triangulated to produce a lovely dashboard / performance summary... All good so...
