    Formula to compare cell range for a match but ignore blanks

    I have data in cells A2:A12 that I want to ensure they have the same data. I was using some of the solutions here but when a blank cell was introduced it returned a false value which I am trying to avoid http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-questions/89780-verify-multiple-cells-have-same-value.html
