So I have a doozy of a question.
I have 2 tables.
Table 1: contains a list "Sites=siteID" on each row. Columns contain "Device Name" 1-30
Table 2: contains "SiteID", "Device Name" SiteID is over multiple rows

I have scoured the Internet and I fell like this equation is correct, but there is something not right. I have three Access Database Queries that cannot be merged and I am using:

Any advice as to why the below formula isn't working? My goal is supposed to return a "1" if the vlookup identifier is not found (ISNA) & add a 1 to the cell IF the identifier is found (IF, +1).
