    If formatting for a cell

    Hello, I need help with a formula. I'm making a report card. I want this cell to tell me if another cell is on point or not. So, if cell B5 is 25% or higher, I want it to turn Green. If B5 is 24% or lower, I want B5 to turn Red. Please help. Thank you :)
