    How to shuffle/randomize big (5M rows) .csv files?

    Hi I have a .csv file containing over 5 million rows. We need to randomize the rows and then split into pieces. 1048000 approx. rows are loaded in .csv and this huge file can't be open normally. Please help... please help.
