    Conditional Sum of the Highest N Numbers in a Range

    I'm trying to sum the highest N numbers in a range, conditionaly. Through searching, I found a couple ideas, but couldn't quiet make them work. What I'm trying to do: Column A has a list of names: Johnson Murphy Johnson Fredericks Martin Murphy Column B has a corresponding number: 1 2 3 6 8 1...
