    Hi I need =If(X+Y<>Z,X+Y,Z)But without having to type X+Y again since my formula is very large. Using more than one cell is not an option. Thank you all!

    Heloo all i need a quick solution to a very anoying problem...... i have i long sheet full of details as follows: a1 = name b1 = department c1 = school qualifications d1 = diplomas e1 = certificates f1 = further........ and so on.... with about 800 people in this sheet at any one time i don't...
