    IF and OR formula issue

    Hi I am trying to use this formula but it is not allowing me. =if(or(AT2<DATE(2017,7,24),"settled",if(or(BE2<=DATE(2018,2,28),"settled","not settled")) Any help much appreciated. Thanks
