    Need a formula to loop upwards to find numeric

    I want to subtract E3 from E2 & post the answer in F3. However, I need to skip Saturday, Sunday, AND Holiday. How do I indicate in Column F that I want to search UP in column E until I find a numeric? Right now, this is my formula, but it does not work when I have more than 1 holiday...
