    Formula Not Returning Expected Value

    Can someone tell me why this formula is returning "FALSE" opposed to "YES" or "NO" ? I have a feeling the brackets are incorrect =IF(AND(($F$2>=A4),($C$2<=B4)),OR(IF(AND(($F$2>=A5),($C$2<=B5)),"YES","NO")))
