    Copy text from row if column contents "1"

    How to copy specific content from cell if column/row has text "1" Please see attached photo for reference for start date cell h9 if cell J9 to dz9 with text "1" copy the text on cell j7 to dz7 same with end date cell i9 Thank you in advance.
