duplicate formula

I have a list of names that have duplicates. The list is in no particular order and I need to be able to number the duplicates 1, 2, 3, 4, etc...I don't want to count the duplicates, but number them as they occur. Can anyone help me find a formula to do this? Thank you in advance! For example...
