How do I do in Excel to copy data diagonally Tex as in the picture text that is marked with red color I want to copy from all cells

Hello there.
I would like to have a cell shappered diagonally but its side of diagonally to have its own adress, like at the top left a function and at the bottom right different function.
Like that:
