    how to stop this annoying message "The clipboard cannot be emptied"

    I have a Windows 7 64bit PC running Microsoft Office 2010 and almost w/o fail every time I drag (move) a cell's contents to a new location (a cell that is already empty) I get this annoying message from Microsoft. The move is successful after I click OK, so why can't Microsoft fix this crazy...
