    Data Validation Lists

    If I have a drop down list with 5 options in it (say cell A1) and I wish to create a further dropdown list in cell A2 looking at lists in cells B2 to B20, C2 to C20, etc. with a header at the top of each list based on which option was selected in A1, what formula/function would I use in A2 please.

    is there a way to reference a cell, then just reference that cell +3 column?

    can we create links within a spreadsheet?

    In my current spreadsheet it would really help to have shortcuts within the sheet. For example when I'm at, say, C20 it would be nice to have a quick way of getting to F300. Are there any buttons or something that I can put near C20 that would take me there? I'd prefer to avoid VBA. Thanks!
