    AVERAGEIFS with different options for criteria

    Hi, So I have this formula, and it's working correctly but I'm missing one criteria, I want it to look for "SB" or "SBChat" and then average it if it receives the result of either "SB" or "SBChat" =AVERAGEIFS(E:E,F:F,"SB",$C:$C,$C3) I can't seem to figure out how. Thanks!
