    Input number, then auto-formatted as HH:MM

    Hi, When I input 8 on a cell, how do I configure it to be auto-display as 08:00? Also, when I input 16 on a cell, it will display as 16:00? Similarly, when I input 24 on a cell, it will display as 00:00? Thanks.
