    Asian Chars displayed as "????" excel 2003

    Hello Folks, I'm having issues trying to copy an oracle table column which has Japanese characters into an excel 2003 sheet, the code it's copying the columns inside the sheet but instead of having japanese chars I'm having "???????", I tried installing asian packs for windows xp but this not...
