    Conditional Formatting - If cell in range = value, then highlight all cells to the right of value

    Hi, I have a range of cells J3:BK3. Withing that range 1 of the cells will have the text value "C". I want to conditionally format the row so if a cell in this range = C, then highlight all cells to the right of this cell. Any idea how to do this? Phil
