    How do you lock out users in Excel App - 1CEnt

    I recently downloaded a finance application for Excel. It is amazing... I did not know Excel could do some of these things... For instance, it has an unlock key window that pops up when you first open it. i could not find a way around this (I bought the key for only $1 from them, so no big...
