    formula help, please?

    I need to a formula which takes the 00:30 number from the 00:00, the 00:00 from the 00:30 on the next day and so on. Basically I don't want to include the 00:15 or 00:45 in my formula when I take one number from the other. I sure there is an easy way. <colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody>...
