VB....Paste Special

Hi everyone

Got a small problem.

I've got a piece of code that when all of a range of cells have data it selects the range and copies

now I need the line that will Paste Special the values into the same place so there are no formulas.
My main problem is that I have no help files and have to wait for them to be installed
