Userform updating

Dear All,
1.One basic question, why arent't my userform lists updating although the info in the Sheet is changing.
If I would close the form and open it again the numbers are there.
2.Why can't I have a Controlsource in a textbox referring to a cell with a formula in i a sheet?
What are your comments in this case?

How are you updating the info on the sheet ? how are they linked ?

The property is called LinkedCell.
