Trying to hide a dialogbox on ok_click before it continues on with the macro

I have a dialog box with a drop down menu that the user uses to select the name to be queryed. When the user clicks ok (i.e in the Ok_Click) event, then dialog box is set to hide and then it uses the call command to execute another macro. i would like for the dialog box to disappear before the next macro is started, but as of now, it does not hide itself until then called macro is completed. Is it possible to hide it before calling? I'm running Excel 5. ... thanks for the help
