Triggering Macro on Data Refresh

Hi everyone-

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have a macro that is embedded on a page, and triggered if a user alters the contents of a column. This works with no problems.

I have another worksheet which points to a text datafile that often changes. I have a 10 minute refresh rate setup, so the data updates constantly. Is there a way to trigger a macro, such that either on a refresh of the data, the macro runs, or if the data changes the macro runs? I tried to use the same functions as mentioned above, but if the data refreshes, the macro does not trigger.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
