Sheet Protection and Pasting in Macros

I get an error whenever I try to protect or unprotect a sheet in a macro before trying to paste values to that sheet from another sheet. If I have no protection on and remove protection statements from my macro, the paste works fine.

Any help???

Make sure both sheets you are using are not protected also when you do the paste make sure you use a statement like Activesheet.
