How can search in a worksheet for number.format and replace it for an other number.format???

This should work
Select the cells manually or with VB
for each cell in selection
if cell.NumberFormat = "#,##0.00_);(#,##0.00)"
then cell.numberformat = Newformat
else
end if
next
