Runtime Error 1004, out of range with simple addshape macro

Right now, all I'm trying to do is make a macro that plops a circle on my worksheet. Seems easy enough, but I can't get around this "Runtime Error '1004': The specified value is out of range. error.

I even recorded a macro where all I did was draw a circle, and then went to run it and I got the same error. What is going on???
