Run a macro without seeing the sheets swapping?

I need to stop people from seeing the raw data in multiple sheets as a macro runs.'

In other words I have a title page, with the macro buttons in place, and now wish for it to remain on this page whilst the macro runs.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm fairly new to macro's.

Put at the start of you macro :-
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
