Replacing Numeric Values With Text

I have a range of numbers wityhin cells a1:c:10. I want to replace any value >=6 with "Y". Does anyone have a suggestion?

Here's a simple macro to do the trick . . .

Sub IsItSix()
For Each c In Range("A1:C10")
If c.Value >= 6 Then c.Value = "Y"
Next
End Sub
